1. Ano nga ba ang Pediasure Plus Loyalty Rewards Card? Pediasure Plus Loyalty Rewards Card is an exclusive membership card that features more benefits so your child can continue getting good nutrition. With your membership, you get access to nutrition, counselling from Registered Nutritionist as well as special discounts  for every purchase of Pediasure Plus products in all Mercury Drugstore branches nationwide.
2. Pano maging member? Simply apply for your  Pediasure Plus Loyalty Rewards Card through any partner-doctors activation booths, and any other Abbott consumer health efforts. Any card issued through other means shall be deemed invalid. Cards issued are pre-activated and may used immediately to avail discounts. To become a member, you may register via SMS or by accomplishing the enrollment form attached to the brochure. Upon application, you will be required to provide your personal information which Abbott will be used for contacting for nutrition counselling, program updates and relevant news.
3. Paano na-activate ang card? Card is pre-activated  for 90 days from your first purchase.
4. Paano mag-avail the card? You may email and call Mom Club Hotline (02) 995-1555 or 1-800-10-995-1555 Monday to Saturdays 8am to 8pm.
5. May bayad ba to? Wala po :), it’s free, you should not accept this card shall there be asking for payment.
6. Nag-e-expire ba ang card? Yes, after 90 days na walang transaction, hindi na sya pwede gamitin. At Abbott also reserves the right to discontinue the program if deemed necessary.
7. Nawala po ang card niyo? You may contact Mom club hotline para sa lost or stolen card.
8. Paano ba sya i-register? Simple lang mga inay, using your mobile phones:
   1. Type First Name,Last Name (space) 14 digit card number na makikita sa right side ng card, and send mo sa 29290-ABBOTT (no spaces ha sa digits) (222688) or para sa madalian registration using your landline Toll free Province: 1800-10-995-1555 or yung Manila hotline nila, (02) 995-1555.
      1. Example: Nico,Pedia 12345678912345222688
   2. Remember, registration can be fulfilled within the first 90 days upon receiving the card. Lahat yan makikita sa brochure.
9. Paano ko malalaman na nagamit ko na yung limit? Once nagpurchase ka sa Mercury drugstore, merong slip na kasama yan para magsign ka, details written sa slip kada bili.
10. Pwede bang gamitin ang card sa ibang store? Unfortunately hindi po. Exclusive lang sya sa Mercury Drugstore.
11. Recommended ba ang Pediasure sa mga bata talaga na mahina kumain or may mahinang immunity? In my experience, nireseta sya ng Pedia Pulmologist namin because my son’s health condition. It is always best na mag-seek ng professional advice lalo na sa mga nagpapa breastfeed, kasi if exlcusive breastfed naman ang bata I believe hindi naman na need ng Pediasure, breastmilk parin naman ang maganda sa pangangatawan ng bata. For some this is being used as a medical supplement with medical supervision.
12. Kaya ba talaga ng Pediasure na i-boost ang height and immunity ng bata? Again, based sa experience to at pawang katotohanan lamang, yes, my son tend to be not so sakitin na unless talagang hawa hawa na sa paligid, mas matibay na ang immunity nya compare noon. Though can be as nutritional supplement siya with or without between meals, ako kasi hindi lang nagde-depende sa Pediasure Plus.
13. Magkano na ba ang Pediasure sa mercury these days? Last time na bumili ako nasa P1,895 na 1.6kg.
