Charter Ping An’s Theft and Damaged Claims Review

Can’t believe that the theft incident happened in Makati Cinema Square. Friends, be careful next time you leave your car at that mall. I am not just sure if because bago yung car namin kaya that happens na natipuhan ng mga masasamang loob. Well, I hope naging blessing sa kanila ang aming tire which into my surprise costs around P20,000.00.

I would to like to share our experience having Charter Ping An Insurance as our vehicle insurance provider last year (2015) that we filed theft (loss of spare tire) and damaged claim. Took me years to finally review it.

Requirements for Theft and Damaged Claim:

  1. Police Report duly notarized.
  2. Photocopy of Registration Certificate and latest OR.
  3. Picture(s) of the damaged vehicle with plate number.
  4. Photocopy of the Insurance Policy and OR of premium payment.
  5. Complete notice of Charter Ping An’s Accident Report Form.
  6. Photocopy of Driver’s License and OR.
  7. Participation fee: P3,000.00

Filing a Claim:

Based on our experience, we submitted our requirements above to the nearest branch convenient to us, specifically in Alabang. After submission, one of the staff checked all the papers and said they will call us for updates about the claim. Into our surprise after 24 hours, they called us and the letter of authorization was ready for pick up. That fast. So we headed right away and went to Toyota Alabang for the repair and new spare tire replacement. They will not give you stress upon processing it until your claim is completed.
